Thermal management system

Welling Auto Parts displayed star products including 800V silicon carbide 12000 rpm electric compressor and electric compressor adapted to carbon dioxide refrigerant CO₂. Among them, the world’s first mass-produced 800V silicon carbide (SiC) high-speed electric compressor adopts the industry’s leading ultra-high insulation withstand voltage technology, overlapping block motor patent technology, electromagnetic field optimization and SiC silicon carbide compressor electronic control solution. It has the advantages of high reliability, ultra-strong cooling and heating, quietness and lightweight, laying the foundation for new energy vehicles to enter the 800V ultra-fast charging era. In addition, the newly released thermal management integrated module (large integration) and electric compressor (innovative rotor type) for A00-class vehicles were also displayed on site.

Electric drive system

There are also drive motor round wire stator, drive motor asynchronous rotor, drive motor permanent magnet rotor, drive motor flat wire stator, electronic oil pump, two-in-one assembly and other products.

Chassis execution system

Here are displayed EPS motors (M57\M50\M63), feel motors and air suspension air supply units. As an important part of autonomous driving, EPS has extremely high requirements for quietness, high sensitivity and adaptability of power output. Welling Automotive Parts EPS motors not only meet these three stringent requirements, but also have the characteristics of compact structure and high reliability, which are widely recognized by the market.

In addition to leading technology research and development and reliable product performance, Welling Automotive Parts has established an industry-leading and reliable production capacity guarantee. Its factory in Hefei was put into production in 2021, and the first phase of the strategic new base for new energy vehicle parts in Anqing was officially put into production in early 2023, which can provide “double insurance” parts supply for new energy vehicle customers.
